Who We Are

RemDev is a division of Endor Group, specifically focused on providing Remote Developers to Software Teams.


Our Developers can be based anywhere - other than in your offices.


Some may be just up the road from you, choosing to work from home and bring balance to their world, whilst others may be based overseas.
 

By adding a Remote Developer to your team, you could be adding one of the best Developers in town, or an out of town person for half the price.


You get to meet the Developers that we suggest, get to know everything that you want to know about them, and chose who is most suited to your team - before you commit.

What We Do

RemDev is part of the Endor Group of companies, and our years of technology recruiting experience has designed the process that we use to maintain a pool of Remote Developers who live close to the time zones of our customers.

Our Director is a former Software Developer and remains a Certified Senior IT Professional, certified in 2020 by the Australian Computer Society (ACS).


RemDev finds Developers, contacts them and assess their technical competency, and assesses their experience & ability in working autonomously from a reliable home based office. 

 

We then introduce a shortlist of developers to you, who have the skills and experience that you are looking for.

You select the developers that you would like to interview, and then once you have decided who you want to work with, we engage the developer(s), and provide their services to you on a day-rate basis, under an Australian Services Contract.  The services are covered under our Professional Indemnity, and Public & Product Liability Insurance.

Online Workshop

Our Remote Developers join in meetings via Video Conference, ensuring that they are involved in daily stand ups, and even birthday celebrations.

​

We focus on Developers who work within or close to the time zones of our customers, and encourage a working practice that allows some flexibility around start and end times of working shift's, with meetings held during core hours.

​

Many of the Developers prefer to work the regular 9-5 of the team that they join, so that they can attend the morning scrum and the lunchtime online social.
